NEW! Sinful Leather Luxe Polishes

Sinful just keeps on coming out with more and more new stuff! Today I will be reviewing the new line by them; leather luxe. They are supposed to have a leather-like to finish to them, but there is no texture in the entire collection.

1322: Whipped

Whipped is a basic, black matte. One coat and it is streaky, two coats and it looks great. This could be great with pastel nail art. It dries pretty quickly, and the brush is straight and long. A nice, basic black matter if you've been looking for one.

1331: Leather Loose

With top coat.

This one is by far my favorite. It is a dark, deep purple with small, pale gold flecks. It is difficult to see matte, but with a top coat, it looks very pretty! This one also looks the most like leather out of them all. It dries quickly, and looks pretty nice at two coats (though a third may be wanted). The brush is long and thin.

1326: Get it On

This color is a deep berry red. This one might be able to be pulled off with one, thick coat. It goes on very, very smooth. It dries quickly, and the brush is nice and long and thin. It is a nice, basic, berry matte.

1325: Strapped
This is not a teal like it looks in the bottle, but a spring green. It is the streakiest of them all, and is still a little uneven and thin at 2 coats. This is one of the few colors in this set that isn't super dark. It is an interesting color to throw into a leather collection.

1327: My Turn
This is a storm grey color. It is also a little streaky, but evens out with the second coat. The color is very nice, and I always like a nice gray matte. The color dries pretty fast, and the brush is long and straight.

1323: Laced Up
This one is a pretty, bright orange. It goes on very nice, and might be able to be pulled off with one, thick coat. This the second one that I'm not sure why this color is in this collection. Orange leather? But it is a nice, basic orange matte (a good summer basic). It dries quickly, and the brush is long and thin.

1324: Cold Leather
This is a nice, deep blue. It is pretty streaky at one coat, but the second coat evens it all out (a third may still be wanted). It is a nice, basic blue matte (see a theme in this collection?). This could be worn through all seasons. It dries quickly and the brush is long and thin.

This collection is a very nice, core set of mattes. I'm still not sure why it is supposed to look like leather, however. I was expecting texture, but there is none. They are simply smooth mattes. But if you are looking for some basic matte polishes, you might want to pick up a few!
